My name is Debi A. Casto. I have been a practicing Massage Therapist in Boise, Idaho since 1998. I prefer to use massage as a complement to the traditional health care that my clients are receiving & pride myself on being a patient advocate for finding the right mix of alternative care that supports and enhances western medicine.

I do not believe that any "one" practice alone can treat the entire person - body, mind and spirit! Because we are each uniquely special in our own right; I believe that each person normally requires a combination of care that is fitting to their current health concerns and lifestyle.

The "best" massage is one that is individualized to you each time you see me. That is why no two massages are ever really alike. With each session, I may incorporate a few or every massage modality I know of, depending on what your body needs.

I hope that you will take the time to come in and enjoy some time to yourself! I think the biggest benefit of massage is that for the short time we allow ourselves to stop, lay down and relax, our bodies truly can find that place of strength and healing that exists in all of us! And that in itself, does wonders for the body, mind and/or spirit!
