First and foremost, I believe that therapeutic massage should be affordable so that everyone can receive the benefits that regular massage offers. Whether you choose to pay as you go, become a monthly member or purchase a package; you will find my fees to be VERY competitive with the local market. And I don't mind if you want to share a package with family members or friends, because that's what it's all about! My goal is to bring massage to everyone you know so they too can benefit from regular massage therapy.
People who receive regular bodywork state that they not only feel better overall, but they have a clearer understanding of their body and how it works. Using regular massage therapy as a stress reducer also reduces the wear and tear on your body; and in the long run keeps you healthier by activating and strengthening your immune response to all outside invaders. Therefore, people report less or shorter bouts with colds/flu, improved environmental allergy control, better overall sleep quality and less emotional overload; resulting in fewer days lost to sickness.
Massage sessions will incorporate the use of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Trager and Cranial Sacral according to the needs of your body at each session. Sessions employing many of these modalities is quite common.
You always have input in building the perfect session for you! If you want to have scalp and/or facial massage included in your session, please feel free to request it.
30 Minute Massage - Typically this shortened session covers only 1 to 2 specific body areas (i.e. neck & shoulders). A great idea if you don't have more time to commit to a full hour massage, but need a quick fix!.................$30.00
1 Hour Massage - A full Aromatherapy massage to arms, hands, neck, shoulders, back, legs, hips and feet. Scalp and facial massage can be added at your request. Pressure ranges from light to deep depending on what is found during the session.......................................................$55.00
90 Minute Massage - Same as 1 Hour Massage with more time allocated to areas of tension for better and longer lasting pain relief............$80.00
Add-On Eco-fin Foot Treatment - Begin your session with a relaxing and soothing foot soak, while a super hydrating mask is being heated for your feet. This is an eco-friendly paraffin alternative that will leave even the driest feet feeling soft and silky. A wonderful way to get feet "season-ready"! The preparation remains on the feet throughout your massage, keeping you warm and cozy. Session finishes with a thorough & revitalizing foot massage. Adds an additional 20-30 minutes to your session......................$25 plus massage.
Add-On Hot Stones - Smooth Basalt stones are heated and used to work out tired, sore muscles. They are used in addition to the traditional massage methods to enhance and deepen your experience with heat therapy. This is a wonderful addition for those who always have cold hands and feet, sore arthritic joints or love heat therapy. Is especially comforting during the cold weather months........................................$25 plus massage.
